3. LOGGING IN
Is my Username for Uniforms the same as my Username for Gratis?
Yes. Each employee now has the ability to use one username to access their accounts.
Please note: New employees are not eligible for gratis until 6 months from their start date. During this time, the Gratis option will not be visible upon logging in. After 6 months, the gratis portion of the employee site will be activated and the selection will be visible upon logging in.
4. PURCHASING
Is there a limit to how much I can spend through Gratis?
Part Time Employees are limited to $300 maximum and Full Time Employees are limited to purchase $500 maximum. These allotments are replenished 1/1 and 6/1 of every year. You may not exceed what has been allotted.
Can a beauty stylist carry the remaining gratis balance over to the next gratis allotment?
If you do not use the remaining gratis balance prior to the next allotment, you will lose the balance once the system updates. Beauty Stylists budgets are updated 1/1 and 6/1, please deplete your budget prior to the next allotment, otherwise you will lose it.
Are there quantity restrictions for the items listed on the site?
All items have an item quantity limit. While most reflect a quantity of 5, there are some items that may have a lesser quantity. The quantity for all purchased Items will increase 365 days after the item's purchase date. For example: If an item were purchased on January 1st, it would be replenished on January 1st of the following year. Once you reach the quantity limit for an item you will no longer have the option to place an order for this item until it has been replenished
Can I re-sell the items that I purchased?
No. All items on this web site may be purchased for personal use only and may not be re-sold. Those who do not abide by this restriction will be immediately suspended from use of the employee esale website. The case will be reviewed by Management and Human Resources for further decisive actions.
Can I pay the difference if I do not have enough money in my budget to cover my purchases?
Employees cannot pay the difference if the order exceeds the gratis maximum. Edits can be made to your cart by removing product and/or selecting new items which can be purchased using the available gratis allowance.
Why is there an estimated total amount?
When you are checking out, your invoice will display an estimated total amount. This summarizes the full amount of gratis being used within this order.
5. SHIPPING
Will I be charged for Tax or Shipping?
There are no tax or freight charges on gratis orders. Therefore, please try to consolidate your orders to maximize shipments per brand.
How soon will I receive the products I ordered?
Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the day of your order. The delivery time varies depending on the shipping location and method of shipment. Please wait at least 10 days after you place an order before contacting the support desk to inquire about a delivery.
Do you ship to PO BOXES?
No, UPS will not deliver to PO Box Addresses; you must have a physical street address to deliver your order to. If the address on your Payroll File is a PO BOX, please contact our Esale Customer Service department before placing your order.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands?
No, LVMH does not ship to Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands at this time.
What is my shipping address, and can I change it?
All Esale shipping addresses are linked to your company payroll address and cannot be edited by customer service. If you notice a mistake in your payroll address, DO NOT complete your order. You must contact your Account Executive to update your address in the demo system. Once the revisions are made, the uploaded changes will be reflected accordingly in your profile. If your address is not displayed correctly in your profile, please reach out to your Account Executive directly.
6. TRACKING
Where is my order?
To track the process of your shipment, please log in to the Website and select "Track Order" located at the bottom of the screen. Enter your order number and if it has already shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number and ship date. If you have not received your package within 2 weeks since it was originally placed, please contact the appropriate customer service department
7. RETURNS
May I return or exchange my purchases?
All Sales Are Final. Returns and exchanges can only be arranged if the product arrived damaged, or if the wrong product was sent.
I need to report an issue with my order. What do I do?
Any damaged or defective product should be immediately reported to the help desk at esale@lvmhuspc.com . Such issues must be submitted to the help desk within 10 business days of receiving your product. Any correspondence received after the allotted time may no longer qualify towards product replacement.
Please be sure to provide your specific order number(s), your email address and a phone number where we can reach you. If are reporting missing or damaged product, please keep the original UPS shipping package and the damaged product for further inspection. In extreme product damage cases, photographs may be requested. After investigation, we will contact you with a resolution.
